Chase Creek Swim Club is now accepting membership applications for the 2026 Season.
Chase Creek Swim Club offers two kinds of memberships: Bonded and Associate. Bond Memberships are available only to homeowners in the neighborhoods of Pines on the Severn and Winchester on the Severn. Associate Memberships are available to all other interested parties.
Bond Membership
Annual Fees – $700
Bond Fees
New members must pay a bond fee of $500. There are two payment options:
- Pay in full during the first year of membership
- Pay in installments of $250 during the first and second year of membership
Frequently Asked Questions
While I’m making my bond payments, do I also need to pay for a pool membership?
Yes. Bond payments are in addition to annual membership fees.
Once I am done paying the bond, do I need to pay for a pool membership?
Yes. Even after the bond has been paid in full, Bondholding Members must continue to pay annual membership fees in order to remain active members of the pool. However, this fee is less than what Associate Members who live outside of Pines or Winchester are asked to pay.
What happens if I no longer want to be a Bondholding Member of Chase Creek Swim Club?
Individuals who no longer wish to maintain their bondholding status may withdraw their bond. Please be advised that $200 of the bond is non-refundable.
